We were blown away by the exclusive amenities in our room - it felt like we had everything we needed right there. the Spa & wellness centre left us rejuvenated and relaxed, with a range of body treatments and massages available. the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna were a highlight, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the restaurant which offered a range of delicious meals and the convenience of in-room breakfast.

While the staff at this hotel was friendly and accommodating, we found ourselves waiting for a while before it was sorted out.

I recently had an amazing business stay in a unique hotel in Batangas City. the lofts are like a luxurious resort, with a pool, sauna, and dining room. the staff provided excellent service and I felt very secure. the rooms were private and the food was top-notch. I can't wait to return for many more stays in the future.

There was an issue with the Jacuzzi and sauna not being ready upon arrival, causing some frustration.
